This page is a step-by-step instruction to create your own wiki like this one. You must have a sense of adventure and good Google skills, or have a working knowledge of the following:
- LAMP servers
- Unix/Linux
- MySQL or MariaDB
- PHP
- SSH and Command Line Interface (CLI)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Overview
Get the wiki running
- Create an AWS account
- Create an EC2 free-tier instance:
- Use theInterWiki snapshot (Updated soon)
- Save your SSH key
- Set your security group Inbound rules for:
- All access port 80
- SSH from your IP only
- Outbound rules: Port 80 open to all
- When it is launched:
- SSH into the server
- Follow the instructions here
