Procedure
- Lots of towels and robust gutter with towels
- Access US and micropuncture
- 6fr sheath
- Preclose
- 6fr sheath
- Pigtail to PA for pressures to decide: >50 for sure
- Position Long 1cm Amplatz SS through Pig
- Use Coons dilators to size up
- Dry seal air in valve with syringe attached
- Pressure drip with stopcock to Dryseal side port for blood return
- Prob mattress with his Ethilon at end.
Protip: Will position with stiff glide and vert or bern, then maintain position with AmpSS then extract.
