• .035" x 260 Angled Glidewire
• .035" x 260 Stiff Angled Glidewire
• .035" x 260 Rosen
• Green torquer
• Extra blue stopcock so you can prep both balloons

Thrombectomy Catheter:

• Pronto (in room)

Distal Protection:

• 7.2mm Emboshield NAV (save introducer)

Balloons:

• 4.0 × 40 × 135 Sterling RX,
• 5.0 × 20 x 135 Sterling RX

OR

• 4.0 x 40 x 135 ViaTrac14,
• 5.0 x 20 x 135 ViaTrac14

Stent:

• 10-8 × 40 self-expanding (Xact or Abbott) or size appropriate per physician

Procedure:

1. Diagnostic shots
2. Stiff glide in diagnostic catheter
3. Stiff glide to eca
4. Advance diagnostic catheter to eca
5. Exchange stiff glide for Rosen
6. Exchange sheath for shuttle
7. Rosen out
8. Prep all balloons and stent and stack
9. Prep filter
10. Filter in
11. Pre balloon
12. Stent
13. Post balloon
14. Retrieve filter

Drugs: Atropine, Dopamine, Neosynephrine NO conscious sedation Backup Retrieval sheath: EZ bent tip 1.40mm x 150 cm Squeaky toy in opposite hand of affected side.
