Stereotaxis Setup

Home Magnets

1. Bring C-arm in so arrows on ceiling line up
2. Button # 2: Bring Magnets in until Chime.
3. Button # 3: Stow magnets back.

During case

Register

1. Catheter needs to be in body.
2. Line up X-ray with arrows on ceiling.
3. Bring magnets in (Button #2).
4. Click on "Flame" icon (bottom left of big screen).
5. Click on Carto 3 registration. Window will pop up.
6. Might need to adjust table height.
7. Biosense Stereotaxis mode on X-ray control screen.
8. Click on X-ray transfer button on screen:
9. 6 green dots should pop up on X-ray image. If not, step on X-ray in stereotaxis mode.
10. Move sheath-marker on screen to proper position.
11. When table height, FD, sheath marker in correct position, should be able to accept.
12. For RAO x-ray overlay: click on x-ray transfer button on the top window.
13. For LAO x-ray overlay: click on x-ray transfer button on the bottom window.
14. Registration is complete.
