Welcome to the Interventional Services Wiki Project. This project was born from the need to track physician preferences for a busy, complex structural heart lab. The wiki is designed to run on a modified version of MediaWiki, the open-source software that runs the biggest wiki on the internet, Wikipedia. For more information on the origins of the project, and the special functions, read the whitepaper.

Open Source

The templates and forms that constitute the original work of the project are open source. Covered under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license(CC BY-NC-SA). MEdiaWiki and Semantic mediawiki are covered under their own CC licenses.
